The Bicolandia Extreme

The longest and most challenging ride of my life, with Grace as my backride. We traveled six hundred kilometers of long stretch roads, twisted zigzag turns, and sunburnt pavement to reach the southernmost part of Luzon. Not even heavy rains and the scorching heat from the sun stopped us from reaching our destination. Absolutely for the love of the ride.

It is so difficult to accept the things that happen around us, but everything happens for a reason. We should never question God when we encounter these tribulations in life. I know that you are in heaven now. Rest in peace my dearest bestfriend. I will definitely miss you. I will treasure our friendship forever.

Need For Speed In Real Life
One of my favorite hobbies is motorcycle riding. I have been a motorcycle enthusiast for about a decade already. My bike craze started when I bought my first scooter, a Suzuki Sepia which was scavenged from a guy who used to race small bikes.

I have always dreamt of having my own sportsbike. It is a luxury every bike rider desires to have. Back then I knew that buying a sleek bike would be a dream come true, since sportsbikes are really expensive. When I bought my first 1000cc superbike, I knew it was a dream come true.

The raw power of the Yamaha R1 is truly outstanding. Its first gear maxes out at 80kph, and I still have 5 more gears to spare. I could only go for 250kph, and that is my current top speed, and that truly satisfied my desire to go fast. That machine was too fast for me, so I made the choice to give it up and exchange it for a much tamer Honda CBR 600RR sportsbike.

Another benefit of motorcycle riding is gaining new friends. Through the course of my riding, I have met many good friends through meetups, joining clubs, or simply by tagging along with other groups on the way to your destination. Experienced riders provide good advice and good tips on how to enjoy your riding experience and help you attain your riding goals. The more people that join you during rides, the more enjoyable the ride experience becomes. Good riders love good food as well, and I really enjoy the company of good friends exchanging stories at the dinner table.

Eventhough I now have my own car, I still love to roam around the city on my bikes, enjoying the cool breeze of the wind everytime I ride. I still prefer bikes over cars. Riding is my passion, my hobby and my revitalization. Motorcycles have been a part of my life, and I enjoy every second I ride my bikes. Even as I grow older, I will continue to ride as long as I can, whenever I can. My heart goes to all the riders out there, ride safe always and Godspeed!

Satisfying My Raw Fish Cravings
Japanese food has been my favorite dish since I was seven years old. While kids at this age eat ice cream, hotdogs, spaghetti, sweets and fastfood, I enjoy eating raw fish like crazy. My parents taught me how to use chopsticks the same time they introduced me to Japanese food.

A lot of people told me that consuming raw seafood is unhealthy due to the fact that some parasites might still be living in the meat of the uncooked fish. There are also some chain emails that show pictures of raw fish enthusiasts that have consumed these delicacies and incubated larvae in their brains and internal organs. Nevertheless, I will still enjoy eating tuna and salmon sashimi whatever the stakes may be.

I have always been a constant customer of buffet restaurants especially sushi bars. I really love to eat, and I enjoy good food. I am always eager to try new stuff, from the healthy salads to the artery blocking juicy steaks. Still, nothing beats a nice serving of tuna and salmon sashimi with kikkoman soy sauce topped with a dash of wasabi.

There is a saying that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, and that certainly describes me. Whether I am with my girlfriend, with my family, relatives, or just hanging out with friends, the best way to attract my attention is serving good food. Food will always keep the bonds with family, relatives, and friends stronger, and will always be the bridge to good communications and quality time. Happy eating!
